Peppermint tea

 Peppermint tea.

When I have a stomachache, I drink peppermint tea.    

Benefits:
* Calm the fever.
* Improves the digestion.
* Prevents nausea and vomit.
* Prevent flu.
* Prevent stress.
* Calm the headache.
* Prevent bad breath.
How prepare the tea? 
* In one cup, add the plant and a little boiling water.
* Let stand for 10 minutes and drink it.
